Shipping Info

Orders will be delivered between two to three buisness days when shipped directly to your home address. Shipping is available across all Canadian provinces through Purolator. Some restrictions may apply to specific locations. Shipmments are NOT AVAILABLE to post office box addresses.

Burwash Equine Services is not responsible for stolen, frozen, melted, wet or othewise compromised orders when shipped to home. It is expected that someone is home for the delivery.

Shipping costs are based on the product(s) ordered (size and/or weight). Total shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout prior to completing your order.

Orders shipped to our clinic (252140 Range Road 42, Calgary, Alberta, Canada) can be picked up between within two to three business days during office hours. You will receive an email stating that your order is ready for pickup. Office Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM weedays (closed 11am - noon every other Monday for staff training)

Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
