Shipping Info

Orders will be delivered between 2-3* business days when shipped directly to your home address. Shipping is available across all Canadian provinces through Purolator. Some restrictions may apply to specific locations. Shipments are NOT AVAILABLE to post office box addresses.

*** Insulin Wise and Kentucky Equine Research Products are subject to longer shipping timelines and may ship out via Purolator or FedEx. Orders will be delivered between 8-14 business days.

*** Platinum Performance Products will be delivered between 2-7 business days.

Currently, products that ship from different warehouses (Platinum Performance/ KER/ Insulin Wise) may not be checked out together in a single transaction. If you find that you are unable to complete your purchase, please try ordering and checking out those items separately.

Burwash Equine Services is not responsible for stolen, frozen, melted, wet or otherwise compromised orders when shipped to home. It is expected that someone is home for the delivery.

Shipping costs are based on the product(s) ordered (size and/or weight). Total shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout prior to completing your order.

Orders shipped to our clinic (252140 Range Road 42, Calgary, Alberta, Canada) can be picked up within 2-12 business days during office hours. You will receive an email stating that your order is ready for pickup. Office Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays (closed 8:30-9:30am every other Monday for staff training).
